Shipping/Returns & Exchanges

Shipping:  We will ship your order out with in 2 business days once your order has been processed.  You will be notified via email when your order has shipped and any tracking information will be provided.

Returns: Our policy lasts 7 days from the arrival of your package.  If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt and postmarked within 7 days of receiving it, and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.   For your returned item, we can only offer exchanges, or store credit.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, as well as any additional shipping charges.  Shipping costs are nonrefundable. We recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your item.

Damaged items:  We will be happy to replace an item that has been damaged in shipping, however, you must retain all original shipping packaging, and you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item.  We cannot replace any item if you have not retained the original shipping packaging.  To receive a replacement item, retain all your original shipping packaging and send us an email with photos of the item and original shipping packaging within 7 days of receipt to: 

Additionally, you may have to present your damaged item and original packaging to your local post office or FedEx office for inspection.  Upon receipt of your phone call or email, we will notify you with further instructions.
